What’s new for Archbold 2017?

New Archbold Sentencing Guidelines Volume

In direct response to your feedback we are introducing a new sentencing supplement to the Archbold service that will include the Sentencing Guidelines in full, as they are published by the Sentencing Council. The sentencing supplement also includes the relevant authorities and an abridged version of the Magistrates’ Court sentencing guideline. The original pagination from the guidelines will be retained in the paragraph numbering for easy reference.

Criminal Procedure Rules and Practice Directions

The 2017 edition will include a new treatment of the Criminal Procedure Rules that will be produced in the existing supplement directly alongside the Practice Directions. Not only this, we have kept the Rules in the main work so that you can easily access them when in the relevant chapter.
