Returns, Replacements, and Refunds Policy for Blackcoats
At Blackcoats, we prioritize customer satisfaction. However, we do not provide Return or Refund facilities, so please ensure you are certain about your order before placing it.
Exceptions for Wrong or Damaged Products
If you receive a wrong or damaged product, we will address the issue under the following conditions:
“Parcel Unboxing/Opening Video”: You must provide a clear, unedited video of the parcel being unboxed, showing the issue with the product.
The problem with the product must be visible in the video.
We strongly advise recording an unboxing video each time you receive a product from us.
To initiate a claim, contact our Customer Support Officer within 3 business days of receiving the order:
Online Payments (Credit/Debit Cards or Net Banking): Refunds will be processed to the same account within 48-72 business hours of cancellation. It may take an additional 2-3 business days to reflect in your account. Note: A 2% deduction of the order amount applies due to payment gateway charges.
Cash on Delivery Transactions: Refunds will be issued via bank transfer to the billing details provided. The process will be completed within 48-72 business hours of receiving your bank details. Allow an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
